Role & Responsibilities:
- Model Creation & Coordination: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or other industry-specific tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
- Clash Detection & Resolution: Conduct clash detection between different systems (MEP, structure, architecture) to avoid construction conflicts.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the required standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Generate accurate drawings, reports, and documentation from the BIM models for construction teams.
- BIM Implementation: Support BIM implementation strategies and workflows for project delivery, adhering to project timelines and goals.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage project data, ensuring it is accessible and consistent across all team members.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance to junior team members and assist in the adoption of new BIM technologies and practices.
