Roles & Responsibilities:
A claims examiner needs to analyse multiple documents / contracts and decide to pay / deny the claim submitted by member or providers with respect to client specifications. The claims examiner should also route the claim to a different department or provider / member for any missing information that is required for claims adjudication. The claims need to be completed adhering to the required TAT and quality SLA.
Desired candidate profile:
- Freshers – Graduate Any discipline; 3 Years without Arrears – (2021,2022,2023,2024 Passed Out).
- Should portray yourself in good English.
- Should be flexible and adaptable towards work.
- Knowledge and ability to use computer systems.
